By accessing the website, using a free tool, submitting a form, joining early access, or engaging us for services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you use ByteMatrix on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

ByteMatrix is operated by ByteMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd., incorporated in India. References to "we", "us", or "ByteMatrix" in these terms refer to ByteMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd..

The calculators and tools available on https://bytematrix.in are provided free of charge for informational and estimation purposes only. All outputs — including cost estimates, engagement projections, ROI figures, and rate recommendations — are mathematical approximations based on inputs you provide. They are not financial advice, legal advice, or professional recommendations of any kind.

The free tools do not require you to create an account. No personal data is collected from tool usage — all calculations run in your browser and inputs are not transmitted to our servers.

We make no warranty — express or implied — that the results produced by any tool are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular business decision. You should independently verify any figures before acting on them.

You may use the free tools for personal and commercial purposes. You may not scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or redistribute the tools or their underlying logic for resale or competitive use without our prior written consent.

The ByteMatrix platform — a campaign management and creator workflow tool for D2C brands — is currently available by invitation only. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion, without being required to give reasons.

Early access features are provided on a best-effort basis. The platform is under active development. Features, workflows, and integrations may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active users.

If you are granted access, you agree to use the platform only for your own brand's influencer marketing activities. You may not resell, sublicense, or share access with third parties, including agencies acting on behalf of multiple brands, unless you have a separate written agreement with us.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or permit unauthorised access.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide to us, including brand details, campaign data, and contact information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain materially false information.

By submitting data to the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data. Our use of your data is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Where you engage ByteMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for agency services, the specific terms of that engagement — including deliverables, timelines, and payment — are governed by a separate service agreement signed between the parties. These Terms of Use apply in addition to that agreement, not in place of it.

Payment terms for agency services are set out in the relevant service agreement. Invoices are subject to applicable Indian taxes including GST. TDS deductions, where applicable under the Income Tax Act 1961, must be made and certificates provided as required by law.

All content on this website — including the calculators, tool logic, copy, design, data models, the ByteMatrix name, and logo — is the intellectual property of ByteMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected under applicable Indian and international law.

You may not copy, modify, publicly display, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written consent. Fair use for purposes of commentary, criticism, or research is permitted within the limits of applicable law.

• Use automated means to access, scrape, or index the site without our written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any brand or organisation.
• Use the tools or platform to generate outputs intended to defraud or mislead creators, brands, or any other party.

The website, free tools, early access platform, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular business outcome.

Tool outputs are estimates based on the information you enter. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs with qualified advisors before relying on them for business decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of India, ByteMatrix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, its tools, the platform, or any content herein — including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For platform users, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email when material changes occur.

Your continued use of the site or services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the site and, if applicable, request account closure.
